Training Unit North West was established in 2013 by founder-director Mark Boulton. Our mission is to provide high-quality, practical First Aid and Mental Health training, tailored to the specific needs of your organization or business. Whether you’re a care home, a children’s nursery, a hotel chain or a topflight football club, we can deliver excellent onsite training that works for your team, schedule and business. Founder-director Mark started his career as a Combat Medical Technician in the Royal Army Medical Corps, deploying practical First Aid skills in a variety of scenarios. Mark then spent twenty years in the Prison Service, where his First Aid skills were tested on a daily basis, covering a diverse degree of injuries ranging from small scratches to CPR. Mark has studied and worked with mental health for over 25 years and is a passionate advocate for quality Mental Health training in the workplace.
