I aim to help how adapt in new environment and cultures and how to be aware of differences in values and life styles- I design and run multilingual Cross - Cultural trainings (in English, or in Russian)- My one to one coaching sessions, helps to navigate important transitions, whether that is making a successful international move, changing career direction, or coping with relationship breakdown Since 2004 I lived and worked at 3 continents and several countries. Ireland, Romania, Ecuador, Egypt and Austria. I am a trainer, coach, author, blogger and public speaker. I built my professional and personal expertise in cross-cultural communication and cultural integration. My Master Degree in International Business Communication.
