In 2004 a few Business trainers came together to discuss various training issues and exchange some tips and ideas. Amongst these trainers were Juergen and Alexander. During the discussion, it became apparent that some of these trainers were teaching similar trainings in similar fields. Also the training needs they all had matched each others needs in relatively many fields. Some of these trainers were spending hours, days and weeks creating trainings which somebody else was also working on. During the hefty discussion and all the information exchange, the question was asked by Juergen, why these trainings are not shared amongst these trainers. A sudden silence entered the room… Traininglibrary was born! Today, Traininglibrary is a busy, worldwide platform providing training content and support in various languages and a variety of themes. Joined by Petra and Elisabeth in March 2005, the trainings where further developed and today are not only created for the professional trainer, but also include detailed trainer comments which can be used by anybody who would like to improve business performance through knowledge and education. In the summer of 2005, a progressive Russian Business Trainer, Aliona, joined the team and established Traininglibrary Russia. Soon after, well known Coaches and Trainers such as Wouter Hensens currently delivering progression in the Middle East, submitted various of their renown programs to Traininglibrary and made them publicly accessible. These trainings have been tested in various environments and cultures such as the Middle East, parts of Asia, Europe, Russia and the US. Our future is clearly set, today we provide the content for training; tomorrow we will make the web the world’s favorite learning and training support tool.
