Tranquility Wellbeing

Tranquility Wellbeing provides individuals, groups and workplaces with affordable psychoeducation, skills and support for mild to moderate stress and anxiety management, thereby enhancing psychological wellbeing. Suzanne Hughes (M.Ps.S.I, M.Sc, BA (Hons) set up Tranquility Wellbeing in 2023 because she understands life is stressful with 'the ten thousand joys and the ten thousand sorrows' and knows the importance of psychological skills and support to be our best selves, with less striving and more thriving! Suzanne has a M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from Trinity College Dublin (2018) and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from DBS (2013) and is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. For almost a decade, Suzanne has broad experience working in psychology services, research, publications in peer-reviewed academic journals and presenting at conferences. She believes in 'lifelong learning' and is currently training in internationally renowned Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's online Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, certified by the Greater Good Science Centre, University of California, Berkeley. Suzanne provides practical psychoeducation and coping skills for stress and anxiety in a friendly, down to earth and non-stigmatising way. She will support you to understand and effectively manage everyday stresses or anxieties, thereby enhancing overall psychological wellbeing. Prior to her psychology qualifications and experience, Suzanne worked in the fast-paced corporate sector for many years, therefore she has direct insight into the impact of stress, or 'burn out' in the workplace.
