We are a fast growing young pharmaceutical distributor in Qatar and looking to hire a young, innovative Medical Representatives to join our growing team with the following briefly described responsibilities:* Plan the weekly calls with Doctors and Pharmacists, decide on the Products to promote and plan for the total volume.* Arranging appointments with doctors and pharmacists as per the call plan. Effective product detailing and presentation to Doctors and Pharmacists within the specified time limit.* Regularly liaising with the Management team for updating and detailing strategy for different products.* Provide ground level feedback to Management team on new products, detailing, brand reminders, merchandise etc.* Monitoring competitor activity and competitor products by collection of doctor's prescription trends through pharmacy managers.* Regular reports for all the Doctor, Pharmacist and Hospital calls. Candidates need to show evidence of the following:* BSC University Certificate in the Pharmaceutical sciences.* A business or marketing degree may also be helpful.* Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a must.* Computer literate.* A driving license is essential.* Experience in pharmaceutical sales/marketing (minimum 3-5 years).
