When this integrity exists, communication is naturally interpreted by the receiver as integral, human and fluid. No one is excluded, everything is considered and there is harmony between all parts (human and procedural) that make up the ecosystem. This methodology is like a therapy, a true and deep search for the health of the very soul of the business.
