Transcended Consulting

TranscendEd Consulting is an educational consulting firm located in Brooklyn, NY. We provide academic institutions in NYC with curriculum development and teacher training that fulfills STEM and Common Core requirements, as well as offering after-school enrichment services. We also provide personalized tutoring services in an extensive range of subjects for students of all ages and backgrounds from elementary school age to adult. In addition, we offer specialized test prep services (at the middle, high school, college, and grad school levels), college and career counseling services, scientific research mentoring services, and math competition training. We provide these services for individuals and small groups, as well as institutional clients. One of our primary objectives is to provide training, implementation, and support to the math and science faculty of NYC schools. Our lessons and projects aim to improve student understanding of mathematics and science Core Standards through an interdisciplinary, applied math and science curriculum. We also seek to inspire interest in future STEM careers. As an auxiliary function, the hands-on lessons and active interdisciplinary approach developed by our consultants help in overcoming language barriers. In addition, our training plans serve to help teachers and coaches gain a better understanding of neuropsychological educational theory, providing them with tools to address the different learning styles of their students as they implement STEM curriculum.
