Transcom Telecom Ltd was established in 1997 by its current managing director Stephen Tang. The company was set up to help the large growing Chinese community with the cost of calling home, through the use of international calling cards. In fact Stephen can claim to have sold the very first UK phone card called “Econophone” back in 1993. Whilst other distributors tried to cash in on this business, along the way, they had long fallen by the way- side. Transcom Telecom in the meantime, has gone from strength to strength, and is now recognised as, one of the leading distributors of Prepay SIM cards and international calling cards. We now have direct agreements with all the UK MVNO such as Lycamobile, Lebara Mobile and Vectone Mobile. At the same time we are authorised to distribute all UK network SIMs including Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile, Orange, EE, and Three. The success story has been attributed by hard work, consistently providing products on time, whilst giving good value for money.
