Transconvida Brazil
TransConvida was born out of the urgency to change the life perspective of the Trans Community, which today has a life expectancy of 35 years old in Brazil, a world record holder in deaths from crimes motivated by prejudice. Transphobia needs to be fought and goes far beyond dead people, because it is present when we do not allow human beings to progress and create their own narrative, limiting opportunities and choices. This project seeks to train these women professionally for the job market and provide a future with greater opportunities for them.
