Transfiniti has been founded to research, develop, manufacture and license a new and recently patented Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) system. We have a fully working proof-of-concept prototype operating flawlessly. The IVT has numerous applications including the ability for multiple outputs from a single drive input, such as in a vehicle transaxle, where each rear wheel can be independently speed controlled. This has the potential to revolutionize vehicle safety and handling, by dramatically reducing stopping distances without the need for ABS systems. This is an exciting opportunity and we are looking for applications and development partners to exploit the full commercial potential of this innovative new technology.
