Hello, I'm Carrie Ehrlich, founder of Transform Wellness! I have spent the last 23 years in Corporate America with the likes of Motorola, United Airlines, Capital One and CBRE in roles of Industrial Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, and Corporate and Commercial Real Estate. I've had amazing experiences, worked on interesting projects, traveled the world, and met the most wonderful colleagues & business associates. In 2018, I had a series of major life challenges that happened in a very short timeframe. I felt like God was trying to tell me He had a different plan in mind for my life…I just wasn't sure what it was. Then the pandemic changed things even more. I was no longer on the road 150+ nights and started understanding a different pace of life. I faced several health challenges that stemmed from my adrenaline heavy lifestyle and lack of self-care. Through this, I realized that I could not return to my pre-pandemic "machine-like" pace. I started reading everything I could find about stress and the impact it has on our health and felt I was reading about myself! The engineer in me wanted some structured way to learn about health and lifestyle and this led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I enrolled to merely learn the information and apply it to my situation but in the process found that health coaching was my calling! I want to help other people who struggle with similar stressful lifestyles. I have learned so much that I wish I would have known years ago that could have helped me avoid some of the pitfalls I went through. I have founded Transform Wellness, a health & wellness coaching practice, to help people transform from surviving to thriving.
