I am an NLP practitioner and Life Coach for burnout corporate women. I am an ex corporate woman myself. Having held various senior leadership roles, had the job title, salary and external signs of success to match, but none of it ever felt as fulfilling as I had expected it to! Que burnout and a breakdown. I soon realised it was time to look inside instead of seeking fulfillment from external resources. Recently Deloitte Global surveyed women and found that half of those women were suffering from burnout at work and more than half are saying their stress levels were higher than the previous year? Most of these women didn’t feel safe voicing their concerns in their professional environments. If nothing else Covid showed us how possible remote working was, and how much more space that created in our lives. However more and more companies are demanding everyone return to the office full time. Especially big corporates and people in leadership positions. All of a sudden that extra space that gave us time to dedicate to ourselves or spend with our families has disappeared however the expectation is still there. Quite frankly these stats are absolutely shocking and only seem to be on an upward trajectory year on year. I don’t know about you but as far as I’m concerned this is simply not good enough, and we deserve better. With all the expectations of the world on our shoulders, there's not much time left for ourselves, our families, our goals and aspirations and hobbies and social lives. As a result our relationship with self, our identities, our relationships with others and our essence all start to suffer This is precisely why my presence is crucial in addressing this issue. I not only possess a deep understanding of the experiences faced by these women but have also personally faced off with many of these challenges myself and have come out the other side. Through the tools and strategies that I now teach, and my no nonsense approach.
