I am Carla Nogueira, the foundress of Transform Me Company. I assist people in their self-knowledge journey by guiding them through the challenges of stress, anxiety, burnout, PTSD, personal disorder, depression, panic attacks, fears, and phobias. I also help them overcome toxic relationships and achieve success and a higher self-esteem. I also provide counselling to businesses, on matters such as enhancing dialogue with their personnel, vendors, and clients. Along with improving sales, reducing employee absenteeism, and creating a more harmonious and supportive workplace atmosphere. My mission is to help other people adopt new perspectives. Our shared values can bring individuals together. We will be better able to understand and embrace the diversity of viewpoints by being patient, accepting, forgiving, and respecting one another. It's a fundamental aspect of humankind to assist others. Before we can improve our relationships, we first need to better ourselves. With tremendous success, for more than 25 years, I have managed the corporate company's relationships with its clients in Europe, APAC, and the US.
