Transition Counselling

Transition is based in West London and offers counselling services to enable clients deal with difficulties and progress towards the life they want to lead. Therapy can help and empower individuals to move forward by helping to navigate from where they are to where they want to be. Support and help is available for a wide range of issues including- Stress - Anxiety - Depression - Panic attacks and disorder - Relationships - Self esteem and confidence issues - Bereavement All counsellors are registered members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have undertaken years of training as well as practice with a wide range of client groups and issues.
