Transition Stirling is a community-led environmental charity working to make Stirling a greener, fairer, and more resilient place to live. We focus on practical projects that reduce waste, cut carbon, and bring people together to share skills and resources. By tackling climate change locally, we empower our community to create positive solutions for a sustainable future. What We Do We run a range of projects and services designed to support people, the planet, and our local economy: Stirling Reuse Hub – A one-stop community hub saving items from landfill and giving them a second life. Stirling Library of Things – Borrow useful household, DIY, and leisure items instead of buying new. Reboot Stirling – Affordable refurbished tech and IT support while reducing e-waste. Volunteering & Skills – Opportunities to learn, connect, and make a difference through reuse, repair, and community action. Events & Workshops – From repair cafés to climate conversations, we bring people together to share knowledge and build resilience. Together, we’re showing that small changes at community level can create big impacts for people and planet.
