Transoptim is a specialist consulting firm in transport network operations and intelligent transport systems. The company was founded by Andrew Somers in 2013 to work closely with clients to assist them to optimise the performance of their transport networks. Transoptim’s services extend from setting objectives through to achieving outcomes; from policy, strategy, program and project development through to transition to operations, evaluation and continuous improvement. Transoptim helps clients to work with industry partners to reduce risk and improve benefit realisation from their transport network operation activities, particularly those that involve the application of technology.
