Lisa Beichl, a global consultant, observed that programs struggled across borders—what worked in one culture often failed in another. She realised that real impact required more than good intentions; it needed deep local insight, data, and behavioural understanding. To bring this vision to life, she partnered with actuary Colin Bullen, known for measuring the value of employee experience, and Hanlie van Wyk, a behavioural change expert and systems strategist. Together, they built Transparent Borders—a platform that blends analytics, behavioural science, and cultural expertise to help organisations support their people meaningfully.
