Transparent Concierge

transParent Concierge was an idea conceived from a realization of the need for outstanding specialized transportation and exceptional companion care services for our seniors and persons with disabilities. Our founder, Don Peterson, identified these needs after working for many years with seniors and disabled persons in the communities around Calgary. For 5 years, we built our operation throughout the Bow Valley Corridor serving these needs while experiencing many successes and challenges. Our clients and families have been pleased with our support and we’ve strived to maintain a safe working environment. We will always be grateful for the opportunity to support and improve the quality of our clients and caregivers’ lives and community. In 2021, we are shifting our operations dramatically, in response to the growing cost of insurance and insurmountable barriers. We recognize that the need for support continues to grow. In the meantime, we are offering concierge services such as grocery, meal and medication services. We will see how this goes and will continue our pivotal adventure for as long as meaningfully possible.
