TRANSPORT & ECONOMIC SUPPORT SERVICES (TESS) was established in 1994 as a consulting firm, specializing in transport economics and supportive services, initially concentrating in public transport monitoring, physical distribution, facility assessment projects, policy studies, viability studies, training and information technology. Over the years TESS however became more involved in various aspects regarding general road transport matters. TESS’s infrastructure currently consists of offices in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Empangeni, Cape Town and George. Our philosophy is to provide clients with cost-effective services without compromising on quality assurance. Customer satisfaction is a priority which can only be reached through a good understanding of clients’ needs and involvement of clients in projects as we progress.
