TCS was born as a startup in 2014 due to the increasing need of such services in the market. The company started in Maadi with very few employees, counted shipments and no complicated operations.E-commerce was vastly growing globally and this growth was being witnessed in Egypt despite having a slower rate. With this in mind, TCS decided to become more of a partner to its clients rather than a service provider by solving its delivery problems, being the most chronic problems of E-commerce. Today, TCS is a mature business with almost 200 employees and 10 branches all over Egypt. It is also working across multiple verticals yet E-commerce clients are still the vast majority of its clients base.
