Company is specialized in Engineering Design Services for Motorsports, Automotive and Aerospace industries. • Research & Development: final product design as support to OEM and Tier 1 companies. Long term projects with large teams involved. Examples: motorcycle model year updates from specification document, concept, development to detailing and drawings release. Frame, bodywork, electrical & transmission sub-systems. Concept stage of a new model with considerations for bike geometry, weight distribution, ergonomics, suspension layout, styling. Test bikes with ergonomics and geometry adjustments. • Industrial Design – Styling Advanced surface modelling for Class A surfaces used in production tooling. Styling interpretation from 2D sketches. Reverse Engineering clay models. Examples: motorcycle & automotive bodywork, consumer & leisure products. • Production Equipment discrete projects of design and build. Examples: manual, semi and automated workstations, jigs and fixtures for component manufacturing and inspection, bespoke testing equipment, jibs & cranes, pneumatic and electric assistors with hoists or articulated arms, steelwork structures.
