Trash Amps began with a passion for innovation, concern for the environment, and the need for a portable speaker. Two friends built a guitar amp inside a soda can and quickly realized that you can put music in anything – and from that Trash Amps was born. With a creative blend of music, novelty, and sustainability, Trash Amps transforms everyday objects into portable speakers. Over the years, Trash Amps has produced speakers from a variety of everyday objects - soda cans, mason jars, tin cans, and even DIY Kits for those adventurous enough to build their own. While the idea has expanded, Trash Amps has remained conscious of its environmental impact, using Earth-friendly design and materials for its products. Trash Amps seeks to inspire people to think differently about waste, and “reuse it for music.”
