TRATENERS was formed by two individuals who were immersed in their corporate lifestyles for more than a decade. Certainly, corporate lifestyle offers a number of benefits but it also demands long inactive working hours involving ubiquitous use of computers, wrong sitting posture, lack of body movements, unhealthy eating habits like binge eating, starving, over-consumption of caffeinated beverages, and the list goes on. Our founders started experiencing numerous health problems such as cervical pain, lower back pain, acidity and indigestion. They consulted numerous doctors and specialists and were very surprised to find that the main cause of all these health problems were related to a passive, laid-back and inactive daily routine commonly known as the SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE. Our continuous efforts in educating ourselves with the new research and studies around these common health problems facilitated us in paving the path for a healthier lifestyle that shows an effective and long-term solution to corporate lifestyle problems. We collaborated with medical practitioners including doctors, physiotherapists and orthopedics, registered dieticians and nutritionists, health supplement advisors, health and wellness coaches, fitness experts and many other experts in this field. Our main objective is to provide personalized health and fitness solutions to the working professionals by spreading AWARENESS towards the health problems occurring due to low activity levels in their daily routine.
