Trauma-Informed Training

We develop Trauma-Informed Coaches and Leaders to have the competency and capacity to meet the complexities of today’s global landscape. We help coaches, facilitators, and people managers understand and work with trauma when it arises in the workspace and transformational space. Trauma is a part of our social fabric and at the root of inter-personal conflict. If you are in an executive, people manager, facilitator, culture, DEIB, or coaching role- you are often managing around personal and collective trauma. Your success, and that of your people, is dependent on your own understanding of trauma.
