Traveldog is the first International Pet Relocation Company in Spain, and is a member of IPATA (International Pet and Animal Transportation Association) since its foundation, six years ago. We are also a recommended Company by several Spanish Animal Protection Associations, as Fundation Affinity, Fundation Altarriba and Fundation FAADA. International Departures' Services. We coordinate all tramits when the Pet travels alone, via cargo (we take care of all documentation, drive it to the Airport, pass the veterinary control, buy the Air tickets and check in the Pet). We also do assist owner and Pet when they fly together at the same plane. Please, take note that in both cases, Traveldog advises the owner about the necessary sanitary and official requirements at the country of destination (obtaining veterinary certificates, letting him know the most suitable kennel, and assisting the Pet to adapt to the kennel). Our technitians do assist the Pet until the checking time, and they make sure that everything is alright, and the kennel in which they will travel is the right one for its size. At the same time, whenever the owner asks for it, we take care of the import tramits (veterinary certificates, taxes and delivery at the owner's address), and receive the Pet at the country of destination. International Arrivals' Services. We do advise our clients about the official requested documentation for the entrance of its Pets in Spain. In some cases, the tramits can take up to seversal months. During all this time we are in touch with the owners making sure that all tramits are fulfilled in the right way. Before the Pet arrives in Spain, Traveldog verifies that every piece of documentation is alright, and fulfills all tramits with the Spanish authorities to ensure the recepction of the Pets without any delay. We also offer our clients a V.I.P. Service for those owners who need to travel with their own Pets and do not want to do it in different vehicles.
