CREATIVE SPACES. BEST LOCATIONS. AMAZING VALUE Hotels, being strictly governed by the travel industry and grading institution, often have the "odd room" that ends up being used as storerooms. We "collect" these rooms and offer them to discerning adventure travellers wishing to stay at the best locations at bargain prices. The formal travel and tourism trade prefers to deal in the "standard, know what to expect" rooms. The worst rooms often end up becoming store rooms or staff rooms, although in a great hotel or resort, they are most often still a great place to stay. We approach hotel owners and advise them how to prepare and market their "worst rooms". There is an opportunity for travellers who are willing to compromise in order to enhance their experience to be accommodated in the most desirable locations. In order to develop our concept, we were challenged by hotel management's misconception that bargain rates attracts "the wrong clientele". Our preferred guest can be defined as:'an international traveller that are budget conscious in order to enhance their total experience' Our guest are often referred to as "millionaire backpackers". Our guests are not the average tourist!
