Traverse PM DOES NOT charge you a markup on your maintenance in lieu of a percentage, charge your tenant a security deposit monthly installment, utility coordination fees, air filter fees, move-in rush fees, an inflated admin fee, pet rents etc. These many fees are being charged unbeknownst to you at the expense of your tenant and costing you retention, quality tenant placement and ultimately losing trust in your property management partner.
