Travis Property Management provides a full range of oil and gas management services to our clients which include banks, trust companies, partnerships, families, individuals and non-profit organizations. These services include determining and documenting ownership, negotiating oil and gas leases and other oil and gas related contracts, verifying and processing division orders, provide detailed accounting of the revenue and expenses for income tax and management purposes, reconcile 1099’s, handle ad valorem taxes and manage working interests. Our staff has over 200 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with backgrounds in land, finance and accounting.
