Travolutionist - is a combination of two words Travel + Revolution. It means bringing revolution into travel. Its been almost 5 years since we started walking on this path. Our ideas, plans and strategies changed many times but the goal remained same always and have been funding this ourselves. The roller-coaster journey began with 3 enthusiast, energetic and devoted colleagues/friends/family, gradually we grew 7 times. We started with a idea of providing the ultimate best service to travelers along with the cheapest rate (personalization, problem solving, empathy and few dark secrets of reducing fare were the key factors). Later, To expand our reach & help more travelers we shifted towards contact center model and started assisting other companies around the globe with customer service, sales, chargeback/ADM, schedule change/natural disruption, ticketing & fulfillment services, ARC/BSP, reconciliation, refunds, accounts, technical support, gds support, customer reviews/feedbacks, escalations/exclusive care support and so on. It worked out nice. Since we all know "Change is the only constant", this pandemic have diverted our route again. Currently our main focus is on Asia market (specially our strength India and Middle east). We are working on few small ideas, striving constantly and dedicatedly to bring revolutionary change into industry.
