Tree Real Estate Experience

TREE – The Real Estate Experience is a consultant specializing in real estate in the premium market, with a special focus on the areas of Herdade da Aroeira, Verdizela, Belverde and Lisbon. It was built from the vision of his founder, Carlos Modesto, to put all his experience gained in public relations at the service of People, seeking to contribute to the realization of their life projects in the real estate area. The Mission as a benchmark for Sustainability and Ecology constitutes a counterpoint to the ecological footprint that, inevitably, the real estate construction presents: TREE has established protocols under the Programme “Uma Casa = Uma Árvore”, assuming in a protocoled partnership with the municipalities the commitment of supplying and planting native species in the areas of the municipalities of Almada and Seixal. TREE is the first and only regional partner/supplier of green spaces and sustainability habits in Almada and Seixal, contributing to a greener residential area and a Better Place to Live.
