TREE Innovative Foundation (TREEI) is a purpose-led social enterprise building scalable, system-driven solutions for the most overlooked communities across India. We work at the grassroots where development is often disrupted, tribal belts, unrecognised settlements, dense slum clusters, and design interventions that integrate clean energy, inclusive entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and dignified livelihoods. We are not an implementation agency. We are ecosystem creators. Since 2018, TREEI has impacted over individuals through solutions that combine technology, empathy, and field-led innovation. From powering off-grid tribal villages and unprotected forts through decentralised solar and hydro systems, to curating market-linked platforms for rural women entrepreneurs, to building life-skills and emotional resilience ecosystems for vulnerable youth, our work is designed to scale, sustain, and replicate through technology-enabled systems. What sets us apart is not just reach, but replicability. TREEI’s model has been recognised globally from winning the Heller Challenge at MIT, to becoming a global winner of the SDG Challenge in Paris, and receiving India’s leading social innovation honours. We operate across 12+ regions, with a proven ability to blend ground execution with systems thinking. Whether it’s India’s first LGBTQ+ food truck or community-led energy access for heritage sites, we drive bold, technology-enabled ideas with measurable outcomes. We don’t deliver charity.
