Treetop Properties (“TTP”) is a Limited Liability Company specializing in residential rentals for undergraduate and graduate students. We provide affordable, beautiful, and safe housing as an alternative to college dormitories. TTP is a leading investor and manager of single- and multi-family homes based in the Quad-Cities (Iowa and Illinois) and acts as a third-party property manager for out-of-town landlords. Our model is “Housing for Serious Students.” We believe that healthy and quality living conditions are imperative to enhancing students’ academic experience. Each house we own and manage is of the highest quality, newly renovated, and has top-quality furniture and appliances. Furthermore, we offer on-call management service, online payment, maintenance request functions, and complementary cleaning services each month. All of these amenities give our renters easy and direct access to the property manager and help facilitate an enjoyable and convenient renting experience.
