We're a local agency that is solely focused on New England-based IT jobs and the top local candidates. We specialize in staff augmentation and contingency based permanent placements. The agency was founded in Newton, MA in 1996 by veterans of the IT Industry, and our geographical focus and extensive technical acumen help us submit just a handful of candidates that we believe are the best fit for the job and for the company's culture. Unlike many other agencies, we strive to act as a de-facto extension of the hiring company. We work directly with the hiring managers and HR managers to understand both what lies above and beyond the job description, and what will constitute an excellent cultural fit. That dialogue with the hiring managers continues throughout the recruiting process where the managers' feedback is used to adjust our search and screening processes. As a local agency that focuses on local candidates, we understand the value of building long lasting relationships with top local talent.
