Tref Legacy Center

The Legacy Center aka "The Black House" is the first acquisition of the historic African American founded and managed real estate crowd fund, the Tulsa Real Estate Fund. This impressive square foot state of the art economic empowerment hub in the heart of East Point, Georgia houses a contemporary co-working space and access to office amenities and conference and training room facilities. Legacy Center brings exciting wealth and financial services access to the community as well as Events and Meetups. Ongoing in-person and virtual Masterclasses on topics ranging from real estate investment and credit strategy to branding and marketing are facilitated by seasoned entrepreneurs and professionals and are open to the public. These efforts are aimed at bridging the wealth gap and expanding the legacies of our village.
