TregoED is an educational nonprofit that helps educators solve complex issues and build the leadership capacity of the people around them. Our critical thinking tools, developed by the globally recognized management consulting firm, Kepner-Tregoe, builds capabilty and capacity in each person for collaborative problem solving and decision making. Over the past two years, educators have attended our highly-regarded workshops and consultedwith us. Our work features proven strategies that help school boards, district leadership and teachers: Manage complex Special Education challenges; Work and communicate more effectively with others; Avoid costly mistakes; Utilize data to solve issues; Present sound and compelling recommendations; Garner broad-based support for implementing changes; Improve student achievement through better decision-making; and Build high-performing teams.
