Trekking Adventures wants to see our clients, especially Women, achieve great goals and un-leash fear through completing remarkable treks around the world. Our TREKFit program ensures you complete your journey of lifetime healthy, proud and with a lasting sense of accomplishment. Trekking Adventures, headed by Sonia Wray, offers boutique adventures to unique parts of the world. Together with Sterling Results Fitness Club, Trekking Adventures will prepare you physically and mentally for your adventure. Sonia has adventured to many of the famous world landmarks including Trekking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, climbing Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Mera Peak in Nepal, and Mt Elbrus in Russia. She recently trekked to the iconic Everest Base Camp. Through these experiences she can help prepare you for a trip of a lifetime, ensuring you are fully prepared. Sterling Results Fitness Club specialises in trek training, personal training for women and training for those over 40. No matter what your adventure being TREKFit and ready for the challenge will make the experience highly enjoyable and achievable. Each trek offered by Trekking Adventures will have programmed personal and group training sessions, these could be 6, 10 or 12 week programmes depending upon the specific trek, defined as the 'TREKFit Preparation Packs'. Packing preparation is also included in the Preparation Pack.
