Trellis Co.(formerly Community Housing Development Corporation) provides stability for people and communities as a nonprofit developer and owner of affordable housing. Our passion is to serve as a vehicle for organizations and communities seeking to create affordable housing. We bring the expertise needed to conceptualize, create, and execute beautiful, dignified housing that provides long-term stability for people earning lower incomes. Our 50 properties, totaling 4,500 units of housing, are primarily located in the Twin Cities, with a few in Greater Minnesota. Nearly all Trellis properties are managed by our internal property management team, ensuring that properties are sustained as long-term community assets.
