Tresquare Technologies is a medical device company focused on enhancing Valve-In-Valve (ViV) procedures by developing TRESECT® the first transcatheter device designed to resect and extract the leaflets from degenerated aortic bioprostheses. The TRESECT® Device, used during ViV procedures, prevents coronary obstructions, significantly reduces the risk of patient-prosthesis mismatch (PPM), and improves the long-term durability of TAVR implants. Additionally, the complete removal of degenerated (calcified) aortic leaflets minimizes complications such as paravalvular leakages and thrombus formation.
