Tri-Cities Community Action Team

We are a Tri-Cities (Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam) community action team, funded by the 'Community Action Initiative". That is bringing together service providers and community members to combat the toxic drug poisoning crisis. We do this through interactive education, creative visuals, and resources. Our goal is the break down the stigmas around substance use and mental health, and promote resilience and growth within the community. We do this by connecting different services within the Tri-Cities so we can all support the same goals. For it takes a community.
