We are an online and community based Fitness and wellbeing company centered within the Essex area. Our primary focus is the People within our community, and how good Health and Wellbeing can be brought to them rather than them having to search for it. We work to educate your mind and body by way of providing varied effective community based pay & play Group fitness classes across and public service halls. We aim to create classes for all ages, which are friendly, welcoming and affordable and believe fitness and Health should be one of life’s top Priorities for everyone, regardless of age. It is important that everyone understands how best to look after and educate themselves, to be able to face challenges and lead a healthier lifestyle, free of medication and preventing illnesses/injury. Withing our community focus we provide an array of different services from 1to1 PT/Group PT/, Strength & Conditioning to Cardio based group exercise through an number of different concepts. We provide children based activities, Fitness youth programmes and work within schools/Colleges to provide Fun Effective fitness education. Its important that as individuals we are able to adapt to the needs of our environment physically and continue to do so to the best of our ability even with age. We work with clients from a GP referral basis allowing clients to restore best physical and mental health allowing them to adjust and get back to best normal everyday this may include helping clients to reduce the amount medication.
