Tri-Tronics was founded in 1968 in Tucson, Arizona, by Jerry Gonda who is still the sole owner of the company. In the early days of the company, Jerry worked closely with top dog trainers, competitors and hunters so that he could design products that met the needs and wants of customers. We continue that tradition today by soliciting and listening to the insightful feedback of top sporting dog professionals and enthusiasts. Tri-Tronics has been committed to designing, manufacturing and selling only the highest quality, most durable and reliable, and easiest to use electronic dog training products in the world. Tri-Tronics has pioneered many features that are now industry standards, including insulated contact points, momentary and continuous stimulation, tone, multi-dog capability and field matching, one-hand operation of transmitter, two hour charge and trickle charge, and remote operation of accessories.
