Triad Eap

Triad EAP is here to help employers protect and support their most important asset – their employees – by providing confidential mental health counseling and legal, financial, and work-life consultation services. Triad is also a resource when personnel issues arise. We work closely with Human Resources and leadership teams to offer a personalized approach to complex management issues through organizational development consultation, workplace training programs, conflict resolution, supervisory referrals, and crisis support. Triad EAP is located in Grand Junction, Colorado. Founded in by John Gribben, Triad EAP has been a boutique employee assistance program designed to provide strategic employee services tailored to benefit the unique and specific needs of each of our individual clients, large and small. Triad EAP joined the AllOne Health family of companies in 2023.
