Our platform utilizes privacy-minded natural language processing to extract valuable medical information from unstructured medical notes and laboratory reports. We structure this data as graphs, providing researchers with an advanced querying platform that allows for complex, specific queries to find candidates that match their strict clinical trial requirements easily. This eliminates the need for manual searches through a sea of medical notes, saving valuable time and effort. Trialink was founded by Yazdan Zinati, David Deng, and Himel Saha, who collaborated on the project during the McHacks 2023 hackathon, winning the quintessential startup prize.
