TRIBE Community Connect (formally BFES and Beyond) is a holistic post school service provider that caters to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients; a space where young adults with disabilities can Learn, Discover, and Explore what it means to be a responsible member of their community. Faced with a lack of viable service options for our own children entering adulthood; we created TRIBE Community Connect as a home away from home for young adults with special needs to come together in an inclusive, supported environment, and begin their journey towards independence. We are a disability supports service provider who offers a wide range of learning programs and support services through our TRIBE Learning Centre, The TRIBE House, in community, and in-home assistance for our clients as well. Through a mix of individual learning delivery and group activities, we can ensure our clients learn the skills that they need, at their own pace. We pride ourselves on tailoring a suitable lifestyle plan for our clients to establish independent living choices and meaningful work/life balance. Our programs are built around the core values of honesty, integrity and professionalism, family, friendships and enjoying life, hard work, dedication, and achievement. Our services and programs include Life-Skills Development; assistance with Self-Care and Personal Activities; Wellness programs; innovative Community, Social and Economic Participation; assistance with Life Transitions; Accessing and maintaining Employment and more.
