Tribe Effects is a social goal setting platform for existing communities, that supports individuals set and attain goals using the power of the group. Utilising Google’s OKR goal setting framework, Tribe Effects’ platform members engage with each other as mentors and peers, developing and delivering objectives. These may be professional or personal, individual or group targets. Tribe Effects are the power of the group to push individuals forward. Our unique approach is to use data, mobile technology and behavioral design to amplify human connections ensuring all notifications are from other members, peers or mentors and not from bots or algorithms, creating genuine accountability that works in the long run.
