Tricia Murray

Tricia created NurtureMe as a specialist support service in the Edinburgh and Lothians to support the needs of parents pre-birth and through the first year. NurtureMe focuses on the practical and emotional support. Tricia is a doula (birth and postnatal), breastfeeding counsellor and qualified postnatal carer. She is mum to three boys (twins aged 6 and a singleton aged 4) and has done vast amounts of voluntary work for the local twins club including establishing antenatal classes and peer support for breastfeeding. Recently she has become involved with Juno in Edinburgh to support mums with maternal mental health issues. Tricia's specialities are Twins and Multiples, Breastfeeding, Weaning, PND and offers gentle parenting support. NurtureMe is primarily focussed on providing support during days and evenings.
