Tricon was founded on the 1st of May 2006. Realizing the need for our main customer, Manganese Metal Company, Nelspruit (MMC), to save cost, two major contractors namely Intaba Management Services (outsourcing to MMC since 2001) and Good People Management Services (GPM—outsourcing to MMC since merged and formed the company Tricon Management Services. Together we purchased another major contracting company at MMC, Nigacon (outsourcing to MMC since 2001). We have since grown into a strong and reliable company and are one of MMC’s preferred service providers because our relationship are built integrity, honesty, efficiency and great communication skills.
