Tridek-One

Tridek-One is a spin-off from Inserm that develops first-in-class therapeutic agonistic monoclonal antibodies targeting immune checkpoint inhibitory receptors for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The company primarily focuses on the research and development of first-in-class anti-CD31 agonistic modalities designed to restore the immune balance. Anti-CD31 agonistic mAbs have the potential to provide targeted immunomodulatory activity with a favorable safety profile in diseases with high unmet clinical need. Tridek-One has initiated a discovery program which targets another ITIM receptor, fully leveraging its understanding of inhibitory checkpoint receptor modulation and agonistic monoclonal antibodies engineering.
