Trident Training & Consulting

Trident is an organisation based in Singapore that focuses its efforts in three specialty areas - sexual misconduct, diversity & inclusion, and restorative justice. Trident hopes to create change in the world through delivering custom trainings and workshops, and working with organisations and individuals on a consultative basis. Trident concentrates efforts on knowledge and skill acquisition in these areas. This can include things like training HR staff in support skills for sexual misconduct cases, helping teachers understand their LGBTQ students better, or demonstrating how educators can use restorative justice to resolve conflict. Trident infuses equity and justice into the work that we do and we are passionate about coming from a place of intersectionality and continuous growth. Our sessions are custom-built to respond to the specific challenges of any given organisation. We are available for keynotes/speeches, workshops, individual & group consultations, and more.
