Trifit Business Development

TriFit Insurance Business Development develops the production skills, confidence and competence of insurance industry professionals through sales training for underwriters, claims professionals, and producers, plus provides leadership training for their supervisors. Importantly, nothing we teach compromises underwriting integrity. We provide training for other industries as well, particularly individuals who do not consider themselves "sales professionals". TriFit also recruits management, marketing and underwriting staff for insurance companies, intermediaries and retail agencies, as well as businesses other than insurance, using a science-based proprietary process that locates "passive" job seekers and qualifies their ability to sell before presenting them to our clients. TriFit has both development and recruiting clients throughout the United States.
